Breathing Color only accepts returns for items purchased directly from Breathing Color. For returns of items purchased through one of our distributors please contact your point of purchase.

- Item(s) is in like-new condition and was purchased in the last 30 days.
  Items without defect returned within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
- Wrong item(s) was received or item(s) show signs of a manufacturers defect and was purchased in the last 90 days
  Returns for manufacturer’s defects must include Lot # of all effected products. Incorrect items will be exchanged at sole cost of Breathing Color. Items with verified manufacturer’s defects will be exchanged or issued a partial or full refund depending on type and extent of damage. Please include photo(s) of damage and lot # of effected products.
- Item(s) arrived damaged, was sent to the wrong address, or was never delivered
  Returns for items damaged in transit must include photographs of damage and a Bill of Lading noting the damage if shipped freight. Please keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection. Please include photo(s) of damage & bill of lading.
